These terms apply to your use of dgpropertymngt.com and to service work booked with D.G. Property Management LLC ("D.G. Property Management," "we," "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

Website Use

This website provides information about our lawn care, pressure washing, and junk removal services in Marietta, GA and the surrounding area. Content on this site, including photos of completed jobs, may not be copied or reused without permission.

Quotes and Scheduling

Quotes provided by phone, form submission, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of a job differs from what was described once our crew is on site. We'll confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Service Access

For scheduled lawn care, pressure washing, or junk removal visits, you're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property (gate codes, moving vehicles, clearing items to be hauled, etc.) as discussed when the job is booked.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed to at the time of booking or upon completion of the job, depending on the service. Specific payment methods accepted will be confirmed directly with you.

Limitation of Liability

D.G. Property Management LLC will perform services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to a property (cracked concrete, failing fence panels, dying landscaping, etc.) that becomes more visible or is incidentally affected during otherwise properly performed work. Any damage claim should be reported to us directly and promptly so we can address it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
